Front staff had horrible attitudes. I simply went for a Covid test while feeling horrible and I felt like I was a burden to them. They were very dismissive to me and did not make me feel welcomed. I honestly felt as if they hated their Job. I never treat my clients this way in my line of work and it was completely unacceptable.

Been coming here as well for many years. Friends came here and their parents. My own mom came here before she died. Yrs ago I had issues with heart palpitations. I was seen by the cardiologist and was told nothing is wrong after wearing a heart monitor. In previous yrs I only came for the heart concerns and regular yearly checkups and physicals. Staff is rude except one woman; I dont know her name but shes older maybe even Latin. I could be wrong. The younger ones are worthless. Recently in January 2020 I came in for high blood pressure or what I thought was. Never saw James Sayegh himself and although I trusted the docs that saw me, I was given my first round of meds. My body was a mess shortly after taking them. I called office 3 times in 2 weeks to learn that the doc that prescribed me the meds was an assistant and only in on Mondays. Called back to learn he was there on Wednesdays. I cannot walk well, and I'm under 40 yrs old. I eat right no high salt and no saturated fats or take out. Of course there is salt in food. Finally i was told to come in and see doc on duty yet I was at work and after being told twice that the doc that prescribed me meds is the one I needed to see. Although that was an inconvenience due to the docs hours; only being there once a week. I went in the next day and saw a different doc that changed me to a water pill (diuretic) which supposedly had no side effects. Those pills made it worse. Came back in and saw a woman doc that couldnt get someone who can get blood out of my veins. Told me to come back in 2 weeks for a follow up which will be next week; after telling me to stop the meds. Blood pressure is fine now. I'm taking beet root pills (natural) as I eat them often anyway and I started juicing to get the nutrients that I normally eat everyday but now in juice form every morning minus the weekends. My body feels worse. Almost like I wasnt supposed to have the meds anyway as I should have been referred to their cardiologist on site as they have better knowledge of heart and blood pressure. Both meds prescribed said Dr James Sayegh on the label( bottle) but he wasnt the one who saw me or prescribed it in person. Since when did this start happening? I also made a complaint with my health insurance that pays the docs at this practice and nothing changed..... Find another doc. I'm going elsewhere for a second opinion. This practice fell off. No returned calls from docs, rude staff over the phone minus one person mentioned above, lack of knowledge from staff, and long waits. Also they are unprofessional. Nobody needs to be a tight a** at work, and people are allowed to have fun and humor at times, but when you are talking to patients/clienst/sick people everyone in the waiting area doesn't need to know their business and they actually laughed at a situation going on with someone that seemed to have dementia or alzheiemers or just wasn't that coherent and a slight language barrier in front of many people in the waiting room. Disgraceful
