Dr. Rau is a decent dentist, and the facilities are nice. however, the Staff is very polite but snide. The dentist himself is terse and I think cares little about his patients, or rather has no patience for them. I think that where the "craftsmanship" is fine, the inability to get a timely appointment (at least 20 days in the future). they will not schedule you for multiple appointments making it a monthly process and the staffs rude behavior make me not like them at all, I will not go to them in the future if I have a choice.
