Please do a web search on this dentist you will found out that he has 7 different locations (http://www.vitals.com/dentists/Dr_Oleg_Klempner/office-locations) in NYC: Try these 3 www.thebronxdentalcenter.com ; http://www.200centralparkdental.com/ and http://www.parkdentalbk.com/ All he wants is money, money, money. There is no way he can be at all these places since they are located all over New York. I like how he now has his name listed and associates.

Dr Klempner is prompt, knowledgeable and very professional, he always takes time to explain the procedures. His staff is extremely nice and welcoming, they always work around my schedule, even when I call at the last minute, they manage to get me an appointment on his busy schedule. Being his patient has been a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Dr. Klempner as he is one of the most skilled dentist I have even dealt with.

I am just upset with the receptionist. I asked specifically if a procedure they wanted to do on me was covered by my insurance. She said yes there is nothing you will have to pay out of pocket and then after it was done she calls me (after realizing what she said to me was incorrect) and said I owe them $150! She is unprofessional and won't own up to her error. Dr. was always late too when I went in to see him. He was really a nice guy, but just overall sense I got was that it was highly unprofessional.

Would not recommend anyone going to this dentist!!!! 1) We didn't get Dr. Klempner to do the work, it was an associate. Klempner didn't even present himself or check the work! 2) The secretary was chatty and nosy and made rude and unprofessional comments. 3) The Rego Park office looks modern from the outside but isn't from the inside. 4) Going back for a second treatment they changed their assessment and wanted to do more work. It was as if all they cared about was starting work and getting more money.
