After surgery Dr Luk wants to pawn any post surgery onto the Emergency Room. Her directions specifically refer ANY issues to ER. Two calls at different times to her answering service were returned slowly or not at all. Some simple conversation would have prevented a visit to Leesburg ER. A several hour visit ensued.
