Poor after care brushed off to PA s
When Physician care is need -which prolonged and complicated surgical treatment and caused lose of a tendon -I rate the staff a ZERO exception office staff is helpful - doctor a 3 for giving PA s or MA
Medical responsibilities that prolonged proper treatment-my elderly husband was afraid to speak up to the PA that accused him of getting OiL in his wound -yes would had black in it -it was black blood oozing -which is a clear indication of infection or blood laking oxygen under the incision-she accused my husband of taking no time off of work which was a lie -was off work for a week at home with me -I saw incision daily - on day 2 incision was open I could see red tissue -incision was not closed properly-sent him back to doc several times and was brushed off to the PA s - PA trying to say it was husband's fault - doc never even told him to take time off work 1st nor 2nd surgery-he just took time off as common sense- 3rd corrtive surgery my another doctor was done and Briamhall personal ly call my husband for 2 days after surgery a
follow up appointment and Brimhall.was not in office so PA-changed dressing -cleaning surgical incisions while wearing gloves as she texted several time on her personal cell phone then using contaminated gloves touched my husband's incision and and finished dressing incision s -what a joke - this has been and almost 4 month on going infection -Lab work results are in on the infection today friday i called the lab myself -but office says it won't be in till Monday -what that means is they aren't going to bother to get lab results and are waiting another 3 days until they get an email or will take to time to get the results .

The office staff are unfriendly and overworked. The PA had 50 patients on his schedule and was running 2 hours behind. Office is dirty! I will not go back. Dr Brimhall is a good surgeon but his office is run so poorly. This reflects sadly bad on the provider as a whole. The state needs to make a trip to this office and bring it up to standard.

The office staff not friendly. They do not take temperature reading nor
do social distance in waiting room.

Have always waited for over and hour to see Dr. Brimhall.
He has a reputation for overbooking patients. I would not
return to his office ever.
