BE AWARE THEY JUST WANT TO SCHEME OUT MONEY BY NOT TELLING YOU THE TRUTH UPFRONT

I had asked the staff about my responsibility for the visit, at that time they did not gave clarification; but I was told that they will charge $475 on my credit card. Which is a full charge as follows:
Comprehensive oral evaluation: $75
Bitewing Four images: $100
Panoramic Image: $165
Prophylaxis-Adult: $135
After the appointment was done the staff told me that Aflac supplemental dental insurance will pay only $25.

Thank you, Dr. Marvin for your caring, expert support. This is the third time over the past ten years that you've responded to a dental issue within hours of a phone call. All three issues were addressed over the weekend when the office was closed.

Dr Warren Marvin has been my family's dentist for over ten years. Unfortunately, it appears they have become very "money hungry" and now charges a $150 No Show Fee. I agree with a no show fee, and I expected to pay $75, as advertised from signs hanging from the ceiling as you check out; but I didn't read the "small print" $75 and "more". $75 No Show is for a HYGIENIST and $150 is for a missed appt. with DR. MARVIN. No matter what the reason, you will be charged!!!! Shame on you, Dr. Warren E. Marvin, your father, Dr. Stuart Marvin, would have never allowed this.

Rude staff & Dentist... Had a horrible experience with them after going to them for 7yrs with no problems. The wife (who is now office manager) bad decision- Very Unprofessional. My building has all switched bc of the unprofessionalism. The dentist refused to even discuss it with me.
