Had shoulder surgery and now have ongoing pain from nerve damage and unhealed scar. He was very dismissive and selectively documenting my concerns to make his surgery appear to be successful. When I expressed the concerns he had not documented he snapped at me and told me I was repeating myself. He did not have any answers as to why I was having constant sharp stabbing pain. Did not even ck my range in which I told him I was still limited in. He then continued to suggest cortisone injection in which the last 3 prior to surgery gave no relief hence the surgery as a last resort. Told me I obviously scar this way and there is nothing that can be done. . Having had surgeries with scars in the past, nowhere do I have this type of scarring that has clearly not healed properly. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had nothing but problems post surgery. NEVER would I recommend him for any procedures!!

I Dislocated my shoulder lifting weights at the gym. for 2 years after that first incident my shoulder would pop out anytime I did anything active. it was extremely painful.

After meeting with Dr Lee he was direct and knowledgeable. I was on a 2 year waiting list to have surgery. The plan was to install 3 anchors into my shoulder to support it from dislocation. once I was in surgery Dr Lee installed a total of 5

I was off work for a total of 6 months doing physio therapy. I am a heavy duty mechanic by trade. I took my rehabilitation very seriously after meeting Dr Lee a final time to allow me to go back to work. He informed me I was one of his most successful recovery patients due to the amount of time I put in the recovery process. Dr Lee changed my life I now have 98% range in my right shoulder and I have been living an active life ever since.

I 100% recommend Dr Kenny Lee as I am forever grateful of the process that allowed me to live again !

I had a total knee replacement. Dr Lee and his staff were pleasant, professional and relaxed in the office, Pattison Centre and the hospital making the procedure non stressful

Full rotator surgery and bicep relocation

I personally have not yet dealt with Dr. Lee. I have only had one phone conversation with his extremely rude receptionist. Never in my life have they spoken that way. She is condescending, disrespectful, has no interpersonal skills. It's bad for business. She made me feel like I was interrupting her work day, the most rude, arrogant and useless person, she will talk to you too much, won't listen to you, will belittle your words and finally hang up on her. She needs to find a new career, clearly she has no people skills. I can't imagine how she treats the elderly. I'm shocked. I would never recommend Dr. Lee based solely on my phone conversation with KATE. I hope he sees these comments and takes action. But knowing that there is no point in having these reviews since there are few doctors in Canada and the famous law of supply and demand prevails here. Unfortunately, this receptionist will continue to be this terrible professional with whose support? This is the question. I will make a formal complaint.

Dr Kenny Lee basically rebuilt my right shoulder. It is amazing being able to just even self care without pain.
I can't wait for the left shoulder to be pain free after more than 25 yrs

Had a consultation with Dr Kenny Lee over the phone regarding a torn ACL ligament. I was a little bit reluctant in following through with the procedure. Dr Lee advised that I stay away from pivotal sports but suggested swimming as a good alternative. I gathered as much information from Dr. Lee about ACL reconstruction and said I would contact him if ever I decided to get it done.

I had a full knee replacement done in August of 2022. I am very happy as i am able to do all the activities such as hiking and biking without pain that I couldn’t do with before my surgery. Thank you to Dr. Kenny WJ Lee.
