It was my first time visiting the office, and I was very pleased. I was greeted right away when I came in by the front office staff, and the technician who took the x-rays and photos was gentle in his approach, which made the process easy. Dr. Forbes was extremely friendly, and provided me with valuable information about the health of my teeth. His explanations along with the photos really helped me to understand the diagnosis and treatment plan. Thank you!

I went to Dr. Adili for a second opinion, I must say I was very pleased with the whole office. Dr. Adili examined my mouth in detail and explained everything in detail. He reviewed all my options and help me to decide considering my current budget. Dr. Adili and his staff were great and they called my insurance and helped me understand my benefits. I have never been to any dentist office with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend Dr. Adili to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dentist in Tyson’s.

Patients beware! I have worked with this guy and I'd like to say take your money to a dentist who cares! He either breaks your tooth (oops), or uses a high speed drill and drills too fast and deep (oops!)which turns a simple one surface cavity into a root canal + a crown or maybe a bridge because the tooth can't be saved (oops, opps oops). He is NEVER on time because he is either busy trading his stocks, or is having lunch with friends or is messing around with you know who! He has a very high turnover for staff as he pays them very low and treats them very badly. His manners suit more of a ****than a dentist. He sees you in the shape of a dollar sign, not a patient! You don't believe me? Go and see for yourself!

Oh why I didn't read these ratings before? I insisted to go to another doctor when I came the first time. And then after initial visit I was left with Mr. Adilly. He hit my tooth with his little hammer and broke it, which resulted in more expensive work needed to be done. Most of the "little" cavities he treated become a root canals, even requiring specialist resulting in total charge of about $2.200 for treating root canal on one tooth. About $900 for the canal he didn't finish +$1.300 for specialist to finish the same root canal. After almost two years he did not fix the toot I've asked him to fix, instead he just goes into my mouth and starts working on random teeth he sees as urgent issues. Usually he likes to chat when you are num and can not say anything. He opened so many teeth at the same time I'm now so tired of this and can't wait to finally finish something and leave this office forever. The staff is polite, but I can not give the better ratings.

Dr. Adili intentionally drilled on 4 of my healthy tooth! He did not even take x-rays!! Thanks god I was at a friend several weeks ago who is a dental hygienist she took x-rays from my teeth. After Adili drilled 4 my teeth I went back to my friend and she told me that you could not have built 4 cavities in just 2 weeks! Dr. Adili did NOT even ask for my permission to drill on my teeth. He opened my mouth with his mouth and did some stupid chit chat about the news while I couldn't talk and started pumping me with numbing material and pretty much instantly he started working on my teeth while I was complaining of pain. For the last 4 months all my teeth have become supper sensitive to the point I can not even drinking regular tab water. I will sue this guy. He is an unethical person. I found out from several people that most his staff have left him with several good doctors when they saw how unethical he is. Please please do not go to this person! dirty dirty dirty corrupt!

Great experience at Ideal Dental Solutions! Dr. Adili and his staff were great to work with. The atmosphere is very relaxing: they have a big-screen TV, TV in each operating room, coffee, and so on in the waiting area. Dr. Adili is very knowledgeable and his office is equipped with top-notch technology (and it's very clean!!). I had to have a crown adjusted (put on by another dentist), and Dr. Adili was able to show me exactly where the crown needed shaping before he did anything. After a root canal and crown (at my prior dentist-who-shall-remain-nameless), I developed severe dentist-phobia. If you have any fear about dentist at all, try Dr. Adili's office at Ideal Dental Solutions. He and his staff put me at ease and I wasn't nervous at all, once I got there and saw that they all wanted to help make my experience as pleasant as possible. A big thank you to everybody there!

Everyone at the office is nice; however, I do have suspicions that this dental office is over-treating patients. I had never had a cavity in my life before or after visiting this office. Upon visiting this dentist, I was treated for 5 cavities. Although I questioned whether 5 fillings were truly necessary at the time, I trusted them and moved on. Recently, a coworker of a friend of mine went to the same office for the first time and was told that she had 6 cavities. She also had never had a cavity in her life. I have strong suspicions that this office is over-treating patients to pad their profits. This belief is reinforced by the fact that they tried to push me on a teeth whitening treatment, when my teeth are in very good shape and whitening would not be really necessary. My current dentist is Dr. Economides in Arlington. He is very trustworthy (a trait which I have found is rare in the DC area among dentists) and I would highly recommend him.

Paid for teeth to be whitened. Burned entire inside of gums and lip. They were rude when it was mentioned that the insert was uncomfortable. Blistered and in severe pain, the people in the office said it must be an allergic reaction, they didn't even offer some sort of relief. Finally went to another dentist who diagnosed severe burns, and gave me medicated salve and numbing cream. They couldn't believe the amount of swelling! Dr. Adili did not even offer me a discount after this! Honestly, I will never go back! They were unprofessional and my treatment was inhumane.
