Dr. Luke Tse has been disappointing as a family physician. I've found that regular appointment times are often a month or more in advance, which is concerning. Moreover, there appears to be a significant difference in service for those who can pay privately. During our sessions, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, with some of my requests for medical imaging being dismissed outright. Prolonged pains and aches have made my experiences with him increasingly frustrating. I sincerely hope there's a review of the service quality to ensure all patients are treated with the care and attention they deserve.
