COMPLETE FRAUD! Told me I had 4 cavities in my mouth. I left the office feeling discouraged. I seen another dentist for a second opinion who told me I HAD NO CAVITIES AT ALL! The dentist I seen told me he has heard from numerous patients that Dr. Carnevali told them they had all these problems and cavities and then they went to see another dentist who told them that was not true. He owns Emerret Dental and is only trying to scam people out of their money. He needs to have his license to practice revoked. He is very unethical and a complete fraud!
