Dr Cho is a HORRIBLE person and his office is the filthiest medical office I have EVER seen. Mr Cho has no concept of manners he is rude a himself appears dirty and disheveled. There are prostitutes and drug addicts literally outside the door. I would not send an animal to Dr Cho.
