Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr Marcus is amazing. However, the Billing Dept for this group, Family Dermatology of Atlanta, receives a POOR rating. If you have any billing problems they are unavailable to assist. I've been trying to resolve a problem for several months. The billing dept supervisor, Temi, and office manager, Dele, are not in their offices and do not return phone calls.
