I was hospitalized with severe abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, bloody stool. I've been seeing my reg dr for gallbladder issues for over a month waiting to get a hida scan, when Dr. V told me my gallbladder and intestinal issues were two totally separate things and refused to discuss anything further about my gallbladder. I was treated for colitis, he explained sometimes 'it just happens'. He even told my husband while I was out for my colonoscopy, "she seems very fixated on her gallbladder doesn't she". Come to find out my gallbladder is overactive, producing an output of bile at 96% when normal function is 30-80%...which means while I was on a clear liquid diet the bile could have wreaked havoc in my intestines causing the colitis, causing pain, causing all my symptoms. But yet he insists my gallbladder has NOTHING to do with my symptoms.

Felt like I was on an assembly line. The Doctor was more interested in making money by rushing the maximum number of patients through in the shortest amount of time. Staff was stupid and unattentive to patients while making small talk with each other. Felt terrible pain in hand as anestisia was administered. I let out a loud scream. The doctor never apologized afterward or asked me how I was feeling or why it happened. I'll never go back again.
