Dr. Fardy cured my gassydoonsquongery when no other doctor could. My lifts are gone, my stool is whole. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fardy is a fantastic GI. I am very sad that he is retiring and there is nobody replacing him. Dr. Fardy, I hope you enjoy your retirement. It is well deserved!

It is a waste of an appointment to see Dr. Fardy. He does not seem very knowledgeable when it comes to anything that is not glaringly obvious and instead blames the issue on something other than GI and sends you on your way to discuss it with someone else. In my case, he told me to discuss it with the specialist who specifically sent me to see him in the first place. Absolutely useless. He also fooled up my initial test, which then required a more invasive test in order to fix his mistake.

Very fast to blame gastrointestinal problems on other body systems in what seems to be an attempt to pass off the patient to someone else and not have to deal with them anymore.

Good as long as your issue is not complex and you aren't at all anxious. Likes to blame stress to avoid diagnostic tests. Doesn't review patient history. There is a huge disconnect between him and his staff(residents and med students), they don't seem to communicate well with each other.
Lacking empathy. Doesn't seem to really care about his work. Wasn't familiar with my chart.
