Oh my goodness, I would not refer this so called surgeon if he was paying me. Any professional who can not look at me when speaking definitely has major issues. This was my second appointment with him and he was arrogant and impatient and basically blew me off. I only went back the second time believing that the first time he may have had a bad day but his attitude was even worse. He looks at the floor when talking and basically said well there are no guarantees, what do you want to do? He refuses to answer a direct question by beating around the bush. Look at me and talk to me as my husband and I took off from work to be there to get professional advise. This guy is a joke and a waste of time. I found out today that the actual surgeon I was referred to left this practice last week. Go figure. I will never ever go back here, not even if he was the last surgeon on earth. I would rather deal with the pain for the rest of my life. I am about to call my insurance company and try to stop payment for todays so called appointment which was a total waste of my time. Be smart, read reviews and do not go to the surgeon!!!

His wife needs some better system for checking in the patients then HAVE A SEAT AND I WILL CALL YOU. She's clueless and has you sitting there forever. Not sure why there is no old fashioned sign in sheet like at every other office so they know who arrived first. Then you see the Doc for 2.5 minutes and you wait to be called to the check out window all over again. Pretty confident with the care, but getting in and out of the office is more torture than my worst enemy deserves!!!

This doctor was very displeased with a scheduling error which amounted to a mere 30 minutes. This was my third visit and it was scheduled for setting up my surgery date for a laminectomy and possible dysectomy. When the doctor entered the room, he was clearly and verbally expressive of his distate for the scheduling mixup. He continued to refuse to answer any questions about the outcome of the surgergy or any type of insight into the possible results of the surgery. He vehemently reacted to my use of the word "should" instead of "may" and then claimed that the doctor patient relationship had been compromised by my "high expectations." He would not give me any success rate or any info pertaining to the outcome. I had only minimal expectations and was very happy to have the surgery until he became rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He refused to do the surgery after I had spent over 6 weeks working toward this surgeical procedure. I asked him if he could put his emotional and judgemental feelings aside and professionally focus on the operation. I figured he may not have the best bedside or office manner but felt he was com petent enough to perform the surgery he offered me. He said he could not adjust and perform professionally and asked me to leave his office. I was shattered, still in pain, and now have to begin all over to get the proper attention and relief. I was not alone in the office and have a witness to this Doctor Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde behavior.
