Went to get teeth cleaned. I arrived at the office, door was locked, called him on cell to tell him to unlock the door. I waited for an hour before they called me. He does not have a hygienist, he is the hygienist. When I saw him his clothes were dirty, he had stains all over his shirt. I felt like walking out on him but told myself that he can't be that bad,he is a professional. He kept me in the dentist chair for two hours, he kept talking about world affairs rather than clean my teeth, I kept reminding him that I was there to get my teeth cleaned but he kept on talking instead. When he got around to cleaning my teeth the only thing he did was polish them, he did not use his tools to scrape the plaque. I told him I was not happy with his service and that he should not bill my insurance cause he did not clean my teeth. I notified my insurance not to pay him. He billed me instead, I told him I will not pay-no services rendered. Told him to sue me, I never heard from him again.
