Nurse Practitioner Kirsten Clerkin is an excellent healthcare provider. She provides outstanding service, and has tremendous bedside manner. I trust her 100% with the care of my children, as well as myself.

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. As a nurse practitioner, myself, I am dismayed by the poor patient interaction, untimeliness, and level of knowledge. The two times that I (unfortunately) had an office visit, she did not listen to me at all, did not ask what I was looking for in treatment, and could not make her own clinical decisions. She left the room, looked at my old doctors notes, and copied the verbatim, even after I expressed how they did not help overly much. Her staff is rude, calls are returned very slowly (if at all), and you can not believe a single thing from them if you don't have it in writing. It is difficult to find providers in this area, but the level of incompetence at this office is overwhelming. I do not advise anyone go there, and definitely don't take your children.
