They still don't have their act together with the billing. Horrible experience. I don't think they are honest with what's wrong with your teeth as well. I would choose someone else and not recommend this place

i haven't been going here long but they have been very helpful with my insurance and letting me know what's covered. i never wait long in the waiting room and they are very good at taking the time to explain everything

We have gone to Dr. Burrell for years and been very happy. There is a new business manager. Billings and insurance submittals are atrocious. We have decided to go to another dentist after two frustrating experiences.

The billing dept needs an overhaul on several occasions did not rebill on one occasikon I had to pay when insurance should have covered due to there not billing correctly. Very disappointged in this part of it.

The doctor is very friendly and knowledegable. This staff is pleasant but their handling of insurance is questionable.
