Dr Johnthan Laymance alone with his office personal and medical staff are highly professional . My family moved to Eastern Tennessee from California. It was a very frustrating For us to find a truly professional medical doctor. We have now resolved our problem and searching. dr Laymance and his Professional staff we all of our highest expectations. We recommend them highly to anyone she can truly professional medical care.

I have found Dr. Laymance knowledgeable and patient. He is relaxed and has a sense of humor which makes appointments easier and eases stress. He gives the patient his complete attention and explains his instructions in lay terms. I recently retired and moved near my family; I am happy I found him and his practice.

We are new patients of Dr. Laymance and are pleased to have him and the practice available to us having lost our primary care doctor to retirement. With all the changes involved in the medical community today with the Affordable Care Act as the new law, I believe we are especially lucky to have a young & experienced Doctor to take control of our health care. We feel we are in excellent hands with Dr. Laymance & look forward to his care & guidance. He is especially at ease with patients & capable and serious at the same time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laymance for the past couple years. I love him as my primary doctor and his staff. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. His staff has always made prompt phone calls back at my request when I have questions about my medical issue or medications. The staff will not stop trying until they back in touch with you. He has promptly made medical reports for those that requested my medical information. He has called me after hours to give me test results. This past fall (2016) he saved my life. This past fall I was having trouble breathing. I called his office and told them I was having trouble breathing, they worked me in quickly. Dr. Laymance did a medical evaluation. One of the things that he did was an ekg and compared it to the one I had done at my yearly visit, there was a significant change. He order me straight to the emergency room. Apparently, I had a blood clot in my leg that had broked, travel through my heart and ended up with a massive blood clot blocking both my lower lungs (saddle embolism). Yes, I am lucky to be here. Also, my parents was his patients before I started seeing him as my primary doctor. This past week (Jan,09,2017) my father had earned his heavenly wings. The following day, my mother notify his staff of dads passing and to cancel an appointment for the next day, they cried. At the end of the day, that night, Dr. Laymance called my mother. This comfort my mother a great deal. In addition his office sent a card to the family. Jan 16 2017, I had to make an appointment for a medical concern, my mother accompany me so she can thank Dr. Laymance personally. Of course his staff comfort my mother when they saw her. When Dr. Laymance came into the room, he immediately comfort my mother and began talking to her for a good 10 minutes. Then he address my concerns. He had order me to the hospital for a test as a precaution to rule the potential out. When he got the results Dr. Laymance called me after hours to inform me the good news. Dr. Laymance goes above and beyond the role of being a great doctor, he really cares about his patients. He is the best primary doctor I have ever had and the last one, the good Lord willing for a very long time. I know I am good hands and I trust him completely with my life and wellbeing.

Ignore pharmacy request for 4 business days for refill on cholesterol meds. Pharmacy submitted 2nd request. Then heard from Dr. Laymance's nurse that he won't refill my meds because it's time for my yearly exam. I told the nurse you should send out yearly reminders instead of waiting for the patient to run out of meds. She said we don't do that. You would think they would give a 1 month refill and send a notification it's time for your exam this is your last refill. But no, they just let you run out and ignore you're pharmacy request. I do not recommend this doctor.
