I am amazed at how nice and knowledgeable Dr Schaike haiku is. Never wait too long for appointment..speaks in simple terms ..listen and gives you answers.. I went to another Dr for same issue I'm having for2 years..she has done more in 6 months than my other Dr. Did...I think she is wonder and knows what she's doing. Never any issues with staff either...

Very long wait time matter what time of day. She listens but I still do not feel heard. Expects way too many follow up visits that are not necessary and will not have a conversation by phone. Expects you to come in even if the conversation is possible by phone. That is one co-pay and time I don't wish to pay/spend.

Great doctor great staff horrible wait times. Minimum 40 minutes before you are brought back then another 15 before seeing the doctor. If they can tighten this up this office would be 5 star all the way.

This doctor needs to go back to school.

I have high spikes of testosterone, hair loss, hirsutism, bouts of acne, I’m hypoglycemic, never got pregnant when I probably should have ;) I have low progesterone, but because I have regular periods, she refused me an ultrasound to see if I have PCOS or if I can rule it out as the cause to my hair loss!!! According to the Cleveland Clinic center, about 15% to 30% of women with PCOS claim to have regular periods, despite documented anovulation. Dr. Shaik, women ARE diagnosed with PCOS who have REGULAR periods. By the way, tumors on ovaries or adrenal glands can also cause a high release of androgens.

I spent hours looking at the ratings of several endocrinologists and finally decided on Dr. Shaik and I’m happy to report that I wasn’t disappointed. She is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. She even took the time to explain how my medicine works in conjunction with my brain. In the last twenty years, she’s the sixth endocrinologist I’ve been to for this condition and the first one who I feel actually “heard” me. I left her office feeling like there is hope. I was also very impressed with her staff, who are pleasant, professional and efficient.

Dr. Shaik is very hands-on and takes time to figure out your symptoms. If anyone has a thyroid disorder, they should definitely see her.

I googled the top 10 Endo Dr's in AZ and she is #4. The reviews of Dr. Saik and her staff are just as described. The doctor does not rush you and is very thorough and the staff are VERY friendl! I think I may have finally hit the jackpot!

Dr. Shaik is very knowledgeable and caring. She spends time with her patients and makes sure all of your questions are answered before you leave her office. In both of my visits, I waited 30-45 minutes to see her. My experience was so good that I think it was worth the wait.
