I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible practice. She seemed to be in a hurry while cleaning. She cleaned my teeth in less 10 mins and I had all the water on my face. I guess they were trying to attend to as many patients as they can. I would never go back.

The first time I went to Dr. Bhut office was 12 years ago, not knowing at the time that she was just starting her practice; my front tooth was filed years ago when I was a child back in the 60s and the filling was yellowish stained, she filed and it look natural. I was pleased and trusted in getting what I was told a root canal, I need a root on one tooth, she filed down 4 of my teeth and give me a bridge, I looked at the tooth that she had just filled down, and she told me not to looked and she continue to file 3 other teeth, which I did not need for the right side of my mouth. I had a root cannel and never went back to get it set. While years later, actually in 2015 I went to have that tooth pulled, I was so nerves that I couldn't get it done, she didn't remember me and the insurance that she accepted when she was just starting her business wasn't acceptable. Then, she told me that I had cavity, so why did she give me a bridge when the teeth only needed to be filled. I spent more than $3000.00. Today, my front teeth are overlapping lost my perfect smile.

The most painful teeth cleaning I have ever experienced in my LIFE! My gums never bleed when I brush. I floss daily and I utilized mouth wash, but every time I go see her she is constantly digging into my gums saying I have a huge plaque buildup. My gums constantly bleed when I go see her. I have never experienced so much pain when visiting a dentist. She claimed that maybe I drink too many sodas or soft drinks. I can't even remember the last time I have had a soda or soft drink. The closest thing I drink to a soft drink would be cranberry juice. I'm so afraid to return to her. I already scheduled an appointment with another dentist.

Waited an hour for a 10 min treatment. Office could be cleaner. Staff could definitly be more friendly and herself, she should be reminded of the confidentiality between doctor and patient since it is an integral part of the professional code.

Wonderful dental team, I liked the dentist. Dr. Bhut, she is very excellent and experienced dentist. I was suffering from chronic tooth ache and visited her office. She made the diagnose very easily and presented treatment plan to me. I liked her nature and I had couple of visit for my Root canal therapy. Finished treatment so smoothly, no pain now. Very thankful to her. I highly recommend Dr.Bhut for excellent dental services .

This was my second visit to Dr. Bhut, a dentist within my very poor dental insurance plan. The first visit, shortly after I obtained coverage through the State of Maryland, was because I had an infection in, unfortunately, the only tooth that still provides me with a surface to chew with. I was given an antibiotic and told to come back in a week for extraction, with no suggestions given as to how I was then going to chew my food. "We do what we have to do." That was her solution. The infection cleared, and I did not go back to have the tooth pulled as I still must eat. Today I went for a cleaning, sorely needed after many years of being unable to afford dental care. I was told I need a deep cleaning, not covered by my insurance, to the tune of $750, completely out of my financial reach. She took x-rays, which I paid for out of pocket, and told me it was "against ADA (American Dental Association) guidelines to simply clean my teeth without the scaling and root cleaning. Her attitude is condescending and not at all helpful unless I agreed to the expensive deep cleaning. She refused to clean my teeth, and I left there having paid for x-rays and nothing else. Her main interest is clearly not in helping me maintain some kind of dental health, but in collecting revenue. I will not go back there, ever. Dr. Bhut - do not call me "dear" while standing on your principles. I had the courtesy to call you "ma'am." I am years older than you and expect the same courtesy returned. That being said, her office staff was exceptional, friendly, and as helpful as they could be.

I liked this dentist. She is so easyholds a great staff in her latest well maintained office. I had to wait for while but I was welcomed nicely by young staff.

Dr. Bhut is very rude and condescending. She never learned by name, always calls me by my last name. The office is very dirty and her staff is very impolite.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Bhut and now her associate for at least four years and they treat us great. What I like best is Dr Bhut takes the approach of doing the safest method possible and doing no harm, like waiting for my daughter's wisdom teeth to emerge for easier pulling rather than our previous doctor who wanted my daughter to go to a surgeon for all 4 wisdom teeth and be knocked out. Dr Bhut keeps an eye on each tooth and has been taking them out just as they emerge one at a time with minimal pain and recovery. She and her associate are always kind, gentle and answer all questions. All my daughters fillings have been done very well and she has been comfortable with each procedure. They are great.

I had bad experience with few dentists who overcharge me and the insurance company, recommend unnecessary procedure etc. Finally I came across Dr. Bhutt’s clinic. I've been going to Dr. Bhutt’s clinic for four years now, and she really provides good care. She is very practical, skilled, doesn’t use hygienist, and doesn’t sweet talk. She has two clinics: one in Rockville MD and another in Germantown, MD. The later one is state of the art facility.
