I had an appointment today for a second opinion and I can only say thank you thank you thank you. So professional and friendly and the advice was great, I. Totally understood as he took me through the scans and detail. I don’t need a knee replacement right now for which I am grateful but when I do I will be back to see Jacob.

Three major surgeries, very successful, nothing but praise for the outcomes and the way he managed the whole process of each joint replacement. He is very professional and personable, really cares about his patients as people (not just depersonalised "cases"). I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

Excellent surgeon, approachable and helpful in his explanations and diligent with his follow up. I have had multiple surgeries with him and he has always made it clear and understandable when he has explained the procedures and process around them. I would highly recommend him.

Jacob has a very friendly manner and he is always accessible. He has a depth of knowledge and takes the time to explain diagnoses and procedures in detail. My husband and I have both had several operations done by him and we highly recommend him as a person and as a surgeon.
