I went in to have my ears cleaned out, no other problems. Dr. Cooper carried out a complete battery of hearing tests which I did not need. He also suggested that my clogged ears might be the result of allergies. I agreed to allergy testing as long as my insurance covered it. He prepared a serum for me without consulting with me and charged me $500 for the serum. When my insurance refused to pay, he said I was responsible. I never received the serum and I didn't pay because I didn't agree to it. He put my account into collections and he now claims I owe over $900. I am not the only one. There is another individual with intellectual disabilities and she experienced the exact same thing. He actually wrote a letter to her saying how much he missed her and loved her. Do not go to this guy. If you have had a similar experience, please write about it. I am planning to file a complaint against him with the state medical board. Dishonest, unethical......downright creepy.
