I was scheduled for a cystocopy and went early and asked again approximately how much this operation would cost. i had 3 calls in that week to get an idea if i could afford it. The receptionist and a surgical assistant snidely smirked 'oh then we willhave yto reschedule me, to which i replied " i am not sure i have the funds to cover the copay so she went ballistic with "in that case its not 800 down payment its 1200. i am like i honestly was worried i dont want to get in financial trouble so she went further ballistic and kept writing a figure down and snatching it away as she pretended to hand it to me and called security when i said cant you get fired for that? I went to the business office and the person in charge of that said >you mean that tall girl with brown hair?yeah she is a blow up waiting to happen. so she rescheduled me to sartanburg regional hospital for surgery where the bill was 14,900 for a 10 minute operation. copay was 4800. 6 months later the bladder problem came back and Kinard out for vacation so i agreed to see a stand in nurse for urynalysis and said oh a little blood in urine isnt a problem to which i said "i have had a fever for 21 days" like i told them. well thy gouged and i had to go see another doctor since apparently they felt i wasnt worthy of healthcare and i can honestly say, i have never had a problem with an institution but this is robbery. also unethical and the whole staff was proud to be bullies to little folk that merely wanted sufficient healthcare. i amd healthy fit never got sick but the way they get all uppity and rip you off is a shame. They have internal problems they dont want to own up to. but they know how to get the money, but dont cure you. its all about money. sucks

Needs to retire.Was told I had prostatitis he did PSA and urine tests.On return visit all he did was read me the numbers and said I should not be having any pain.The same day I went back to my family doctor and he did a digital exam.I still had prostatitis and was giving antibiotics,details of condition and very compassionate care from doctor and staff.

Dr. Kinard is very personable. Very caring and knowledgable. His staff is friendly also. Dr. Kinard was pretty much "on-time" for my husband's appointment.
