Doctor Richard Nguyen is one of the best GP in the area. However, it's really hard to book an appointment via the phone because the receptionist very bad at customer service. Tried to book an appointment with the doctor but ended up could not handle with the receptionist via the phone which it took her so long to get a name correct even when i keep repeating myself over and over again on the phone to spell my name or my brother name (my last name is Do which is only 2 letters and I even said "D for dog and O for Orange ". I highly recommend the doctor to review staff customer service skills.
