Late to my endoscopy appointment. Made me wait for hours in various waiting rooms. Administration was unorganized and unable to help with military insurance( I needed a colonoscopy as well but the administration refused to help me get this administratively in the system- they were required to call for thee referral but refused and my insurance stated I have to go somewhere else because they obviously can’t take care of military patients).

During my diagnosis after the endoscopy I was able to hear the other patients diagnosis (extremely uncomfortable to hear about someone else’s colonoscopy results- felt terrible for the man). When he came into my room he said “hello beautiful” which was extremely uncomfortable to have just had an endoscopy with this man and his first reaction is to call me beautiful. Not professional and extremely uncomfortable- please stop. During his diagnosis he did not want to hear my prior history of medical issues that led to this point. He took about 5 min with me and was rushing me out the door. I’ve been throwing up everyday and miserable and just need help and I feel like I wasted my time at this office because there was no treatment plan other than take antacids which do nothing for my nausea and vomiting.

I had to find another doctors office and wait a month for the appointment. A month longer of almost being hospital bound because I can’t keep food down..

If I can give one recommendation for this office it would be to put more effort into their patients and genuinely care for them. Most of us are miserable trying to find answers. Please help us.

I would not recommend this office.

This was my second visit to Doctor Blosser. I had to wait for couple weeks, but I would wait more if needed, to get only to Doctor Blosser. Doctor Blosser is Doctor Blossom! 🙂

Always professional. Have used them four times and every experience has been positive. I will continue to use them for all colonoscopies in the future. Staff was punctual

Dr. Blosser’s staff was amazing: from scheduling, to respectful staff, I did not have to wait long, insurance paperwork was checked and they gave me paperwork to a medical service to get a ride home. Great job Doc!

The staff was helpful and accommodating with my restricted schedule. I was given clear instructions for my procedure with a chance to have any questions answered. The day of the procedure they were actually running ahead of schedule. Check in was easy and efficient. The nurse was so friendly, the anesthesiologist was wonderful and Dr. Blosser was great. I appreciated that everyone I spoke with made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Blosser followed up with me very soon afterwards. I appreciated his kindness and respect of my time. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. This include the prep personnel, anesthesiologist and Dr. Blissed.
