Dr. Otitoju is such a wonderful GP. I have been seeing her since 2013 and she is the best doctor I have had in my adult life. She is very caring and makes every visit( or COVID-induced over the phone appointment) very personal. You know you only get so much time with your doctor, but she makes you feel like your her only appointment that day, during your time together. She also listens to you about your body, and she isn't a pill-popper( you know the type). She will always address lifestyle changes or other therapies before going down the Rx route- unless that's what you want.

I see other reviews on here about her clerk being a bit harsh or curt over the phone. But she is a wonderful woman, like many of us she is very busy. She is the only clerk in that office, so I'm sure you can imagine the task load she has upon herself. I have found that keeping it light and to the point in your reason for calling or booking helps her greatly.

It's also worth noting that as of May 2021 the Dr. informed me that she is not taking any new patients at this time (I was trying to get my husband in to see her)

If her practice does ever open up again- I cannot recommend her enough!!

Dr Otitoju is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. My family has been seeing her for the past six years and she always goes above and beyond. She takes time to go over results and problem solve.
I wish, however, that appointments could be booked online as I always dread calling to book with her receptionist who comes across a bit harsh.

Dr Otitoju is professional, caring and thorough in the years I've been in her care. I like how understanding she is with explaining the test results, troubleshooting possible causes for concerns and not rushing out by prescribing tests or medicine. The receptionist though, is of a totally different attitude, insensitive and rude. It was shocking to see how pleasant and sincere she speaks with the doctor and the absolute apathy and impatience as she turns back to her desk!

Dr. Otijoju is caring, personable, knowledgeable and she truly listens to her patients. She has always been punctual with my appointments which is a rarity. The receptionist comes across as rude and condescending over the phone, however friendly in person.

Dr. Otitoju is thorough and punctual for appointments. She genuinely cares and offers alternatives other than prescriptions. She listens to my concerns and assess the possible issues, never rush me out. Her front staff is quite the reverse though, rude and impatient with scheduling appointments. Just utterly insensitive. It's a pain to call and "beg" for a slot that works mutually. I doubt if Dr. O is aware of her attitude or not.

I was sad when her office moved to the South side because she is such an exceptional doctor and unfortunately too far to drive to for doctor's appointments. She really cares and takes the time to figure out what is wrong. 100% recommended.

Dr. Otitoju is professional, thorough, compassionate and caring. My daughter and mother both see her now. Her staff are kind and do their best to work me in if it is an emergency. She is very attentive to immediate needs and absolutely digs deeper if the situation requires it. My hope is that she continues to practice for many, many years because I trust her and am confident in her ability.

Went to dr 4 years ago to obtain a female family dr after my dr retired. Just called for an appointment and was rejected due to infrequent visits. Dam I guess I should have gotten something wrong with me in last 4 years ( how upsetting that must be for them) rate this dr at a big fat 0
