I had ugly looking teeth with concave defects on the gum line in my 60's. Dr. informed me that people who have used hard tooth brush long time and/or ground their teeth tend to develop those concave defects. He recommended having tooth colored fillsings for those defects to prevent them from further being destructed. He fixed my ugly defective teeth with gentle light touch. He did not have to numb me and I did not feel any pain. He made my teeth look like brand new ones. What a great dentist he is! He is the best. My wife and I like Dr. Jhang. We recommend him to our friends and co-workers.

I visit Chico Dental Group and I was surprise with the high technology and knowledgeable staff, Dr.Jhang is very gentle and gives me a lot of options to save my teeth and have a beautiful smile, Dr. jhang and assistants explained all the details about my treatment plan. Went back after to do my crowns and they are amazing! Awesome job Dr. Jhang! I am very happy and highly recommend to all of you out there, who wants to have a wonderful smile like me.

I have not seen dentists over last 6 years due to my childhood bad experience with my previous dentist. I have had senstivity and pain to my back teeth. I was urged by my wife to Chico Dental Group. The staff and the doctor were kind to 'scared and nervous'me and they explained my current dental condition in details with radiographs and pictures they took. On the following visit they gave me a medication for my anxiety. I had deep cleaning by a friendly hygienist. On the next visit I had the same medication for my cavity removal and filling. I had couple of shots in my mouth but I did not have pain I expected to feel. Wow It was quite a different experience from the ones I had in the past. The next visit I had a crown done on the other side of my mouth. I did not feel the pain I expected again. I asked what kind of needle the doctor used. He show it to me and told he used the smallest and narrowest needle. I would say my scale of dental fear went from 10 to 2.

I went in for a broken tooth and was told I needed 4 root canals. I had two done and then went to an endodontist for the other two. The endodontist did several tests on the teeth and told me I did not need root canals as the teeth were perfectly fine and alive. I never had ANY pain in any of my teeth prior to going to Dr. Jhang but now after the two root canals I now have a constant ache in both of those teeth. I'm guessing those root canals were also unnecessary!
