Worse doctor I've ever been to. She didn't ask me why I was there she just wrote a prescription and refused to look at me and ignored my questions.

She honestly has no idea what is going on, and could honestly care less. Never felt so awkward and uncomfortable in my whole life. I was asking all the questions, and she must've known someone that got her by in medical school. Can't believe how embarrassing and unprofessional of a medical licensed doctor she is. Do not waste your time with her, and search for a different doctor.

She didnt listen to what I was trying to tell her! She had no bedside manner and looked at me like I was stupid. Instead of making me comfortable, she treated me like I was crazy.

Very poor bed side manor. Refused to listen to my concerns and conducted a one sided check up. The sise was hers. would not recomend her servicies or the services of Complete Care in Glassboro where she works. The outlet should not tolerate this Doctor's rudeness to clients.

I have seen Dr Alberici on several occasions. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well over the years. They are well aware of everyone complaints about Alberici. When I told one nurse that I didn't want to see her again she responded with "I understand. We hear that a lot." I started seeing Alberici when I didn't have insurance because of the charity care. When I complained of chest pain and overall body aches. My blood pressure was high and my blood work was abnormal. Her response to my complaints were that I was over weight and African American therefore my blood pressure was suppose to be high and my blood work abnormal. I was admitted to the hospital for my chest pains and was told that high blood pressure at 22 regardless of weight or race needs to be addressed. I was in the hospital for a week and was finally diagnosed with Lupus. My chest pain was from precarditis which if left untreated could have left me dead. Dr. Alberici is not a good doctor. She has no bed side manners.

Needed help with diabetes and supplies. I was told she only has 5 minutes to spend with me. Had blood work done, and A1C went from 6.1 to 7, and, I was told I was on target. Did good! I asked for 2 metformin rather than 1, and was told NO. I was given a prescription for 2 test strips per week, rather than at least one before each meal being 3 or 4 a day. I asked staff what the point was in twice a week, and was told it helps to check the number... She was as cold as the doctor. The doctor leaves the office while you are still talking, and does not return. She does not seem to care at all...

I would not recommend her to anyone. Was rude, made me feel like I was wasting her time. Hardly examined me and certainly didn't listen to me. I asked her why I was running a temperature and she said "I dunno" and walked out of the room. I was in tears when I left. Went to Underwood Family Practice in Glassboro and they were a little more expensive but wonderful.

My experience with this doctor was terrible. Her manner was not friendly at all neither was the environment where she practiced. I went there for an ear infection and she said I didn't have one. Later that week I went to the emergency room where they provided the antibiotics I needed to heal the infection.. After having ear surgery for the same problem I was fully aware of my condition before I went to see her and glad I chose not to act on her advice and seek help from another Dr.
