" Dr. Elfman, Even though it has been a few years, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding services that you provided to me and to my five children. The kids now range in age from 21 through 26 while I am a bit older...58! While life brings its challenges to everyone, there is one thing that we all agree on: our teeth look GREAT! If you're looking for an orthodontia FACTORY, then this is the place for you. You NEVER get to see or talk to the doctor himself. He literally operates a factory where kids are lined up on a bench and taken one by one. He performs very little of the work himself, he has staff to do that, he just checks their work, which is a good thing, since he shakes! Certain types of appointments can only be made during the daytime hours, which means taking your child out of school all the time. My oldest had an amazing orthodontist with night and weekend hours to accommodate his school schedule. This guy literally laughs at the thought of that. Unfortunately, our insurance changed and I got his guy because of that. HUGE mistake. Go anywhere else, really!
