Be mindful. Dr tends to put patient through all sort of tests despite the lack of symtoms. Keeps recommending angiograms. Comes across pushy at times on recommended treatment.

Dr Chua managed to provide the correct medicine to manage my mother's sugar level very well. Her blood pressure is also optimally controlled. He is professional and has good bedside manners.

Think twice and be ready to fork out a fortune before you see for cardiologist (Dr Chua Seng Keong). Not a professional but a leech. Even before he saw the patient (who was btw very conscious, mobile, awake & aware and could even argue with the chief nurse!) to be warded in HDU (High Dependency Unit). Imagine that he has not even spoken to the patient nevermind seen her physical condition. He just communicated with the staff nurses through the phone!! Despite ECG & angio A blood profiling being normal, he said she has to be put under critical care in the HDU. If she is so critical why aren't you here to even assess her?!

When the patient refused, they threw in a bonus, wow! If she agreed to HDU (which costs a bomb as you all know) he will personally come and assess her. If and only if she's in HDU. Even permission to speak to him directly on the phone was refused.

Otherwise, the patient won't be allowed to stay in any other wards in this leeching hospital.

Is this how you hold patients ransom? Take the best room & services even though you can't justify why it's needed and even necessary. And if you don't? get out from our hospital.

So? We got out from this pirate nest which they called a hospital. Good luck if you're in an emergency and assigned under his care..
