I came in for an emergency wisdom tooth extracted I was informed of the procedure in a professional way There was quick service and the office , lobby, restroom , and tools where sanitized. The staff was friendly.

This was the MOST pleasant dental experience I have EVER had in 60 yrs. dr. Esalmi is very personable, friendly and easy going. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at home, they treated me like they have known me for years. What a pleasure!!!!

The staff was courteous, however, I thought this was the strangest dental visit I have ever had. In the past, I have always had decent teeth. I have had a few teeth filled in past years and I am over 40 years old. Not too bad. Dr Eslami told me I needed a root canal. I was surprised. I have been told in the past by dentists that I have good teeth. I did not get the root canal on my visit but I waited for the doctor to clean my teeth. He used the electric cleaner, not the manual scraper. No mouthwash was used or provided! Every dentist visit I have had since childhood has included a teeth cleaning where the teeth were polished with an electric toothbrush and toothpaste. He did not do this at all! My teeth also were not flossed! He just buzzed the tartar off my teeth and sent me home! Who would let a guy like that give them a root canal when he does not even use mouthwash, toothpaste and floss? That is not a 'prophylaxis' but a rip off, in my opinion!

I have been to both offices for my visits and left completely satisfied with everything. The staff is polite and able to give me appointment times that work with my schedule. I did not wait long to be seen, I was taking back in a timely manor and although the dentist was busy I still received the proper amount of attention. Every procedure that I have had with Dr.Eslami has been pleasant and thorough. I have zero complaints and would recommend him and both offices to friends and family. I typically do not like the dentist but Dr.Eslami makes me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with what needs to be done. He is straight to the point and has a professional working manor.

I waited 40+ minutes to be seen by for dr eslami Mean while The tech took 6 x rays of my mouth.when dr eslami did come in to the room, he asked if I could " give him a few minutes", I said sure.20 minutes later he came back in. Meanwhile he was leaving the room continuously switching back and forth with me and another patient. Dr eslami then took 4 more X-rays of my mouth because they couldn't seem to get the right picture. By this point I was literally crying in pain because of the cuts inside of my mouth and I was bleeding. They refused to use a smaller kds x ray. he injected me with the numbing needle, and stabbed me in the root of my tooth. He placed a metal gate around my tooth, which I could feel punching my gums .i told him it was hurting me and he disregarded it . During the filling of my cavity I was swallowing pieces of my teeth, because he wasn't using the sucker, my cleaning was so rushed that he was scraping super hard and fast on my teeth, causing me to bleed.

I previously had bad experiences with dentists until I met Dr. Eslami. My teeth were in terrible shape after many years of neglect. Dr. Eslami helped educate me and figure out a plan to get smiling again. After a few trips Dr. Eslami and his staff gave me a smile I was proud to share. I can't thank Dr. Eslami and his staff enough for the professional,comfortable, and satisfying experience they provided.

The staff at the desk is wonderful.However, Dr Eslami is not. I have been rushed, had sloppy procedures done which resulted in me having to go to a specialist and cost me even more money. He is brief, and every visit is rushed. I would not recommend this dentist.

Visited the galloway office for a cleaning and a filling. The entire office was completely bare, like they just moved in (but they didnt). Almost eerily bare. This was the most rushed appointment I have ever experienced - I was in and out of the seat in under 15 minutes. No Proper X-Rays for a new patient, cleaning was painful and not close to thorough, the dentist skipped large sections of my teeth during his cleaning, and I left with a fat lip since the doctor slipped and hit my lip while giving me a filling. Staff was friendly, but that was about the only positive thing. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, ever.

The staff was great but experience was horrifying. Everything was rushed and painful...for a cleaning! I was there for less than a half an hour and I had an exray, cleaning, and a filling. I wouldn't go back.
