Delta Dental
The staff is friendly but gave me the wrong payment information. I paid approx $175 during my visit and then they started sending me bills for $80 in my husbands name. We disregarded it because we paid the amount the staff gave us. Finally they began calling and said the bill wasnt his but mine. I explained that the lady gave me the cost and I paid it while I was there and she went on about how she gave me the wrong price. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Not to mention the teeth he worked on felt worse after my appt and began chipping.(I had to find a new dentist which equals even more money) The lady who did my cleaning dug in my gums to the point I couldnt eat for a few days. I have NEVER been in that much pain after a cleaning.
