I've been seeing Dr. Hayeck now for thirteen years and through my experiences I have gain a lot trust in her. I can personally say Dr. Hayeck and her staff are the ones to go to because of their knowledge and honest manner. I can attest to her gentle touch of delivering a needle, where I have never felt a single thing in all my visits. Dr. Hayeck and her team take out the fear of going to the dentist.

I just visited the office located on Wood Ave in Linden NJ, and I overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

I went in for a cleaning, and was pushed over and over to get X-rays (at an additional cost) even though I continually stated I did not want them. After receiving my cleaning (in fairness the Hygienist did a pretty good job) the Doctor came in to see me and again pushed X-rays. Again, I stated that I did not want X-rays. She looked at my mouth for a minute and then said we are going to take two bite wings. I again told her that I did not want X-rays; I have a dentist that I have been using for the last 10 years and he is the only one who works in my mouth. I just moved down the street and only need a cleaning. Her response was, and I quote "then do me a favor and don't come back, we are not a cleaning service."

Needless to so I will do her that favor, but not before I share my experience.

If you want a dentist who will tell what they are going to do, regardless of what you as the patient want, this may be the place for you. I personally feel that it's my body, and my money, so I will decide what I want.

A wonderful practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time...never a wait. Office is warm and welcoming, cheerful and spotless. Very professional, informative and calming. No need to fear dentistry at Dr. Hayeck's office.

What I really like about Dr Hayeck is that she is honest and candid in her exam. She was careful to note what might become a problem, but was honest in saying that it could use more monitoring rather than undertake a possibly unnecessary procedure now. I've been seeing her for 2 years and over time have developed a great trust in her judgment. The office is clean, modern with the most up to date equipment and attention to sterile procedures; I felt well-cared for, by both her assistants and office staff. To me, trust in her ability and judgment is the most important thing to me, and what I would make any recommendation or referral on, and she gets my recommendation.

Altought she was an outstanding dentist, her poor choice of staff is making her look terrible.They are rude and have no knowledge of how an office should be run. Dr.Hayeck needs to be more inviolved with this part of the operation since they are going to create bad retupation for her practice.
