She is by far the Dr. In this town that I totally trust. She has always been able to figure out what health issues I have. She will research your issues if she has any other concerns. She will send you to a specialist if needed. I have tried other dr. But they just don't listen or seem to care like she does. I trust her medical knowledge and I have put my health as well as my children's health totally in her hands. She is amazing.

Dr Hartley is the best most thorough doctor around. She diagnosed a fairly complicated condition in a short time period and referred me on to specialists. She read my chart like no one I have ever been to in the past. Seems to sincerely care about patients.

She quickly explained my health problems, but I really appreciated her writing down my problems and some helpful solutions so I could go home and research them further on the www. Otherwise, I wouldn't have remembered them all by the time I got home and to the www. A picture and explaination from the www really helped me understand better.

Dr. Hartley Barnett is by far the best doctor I've ever gone to. I started going to her after numerous doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. In one visit, she correctly diagnosed me. She has been just as helpful ever since.

Dr Hartley has always taken the time to talk to me and explain every action she is taking. Willing to answer every question and to make sure I understand. She is always on top of the latest information and I like that she takes time out of her practice to go to school yearly and keep up to date. I always enjoy seeing her and her smile makes me feel that I am important to her. Only recently has the punctuality been anything but excellent. Workload seems to be heavier recently.

No bedside manner; Dr. Hartley is brusque and not very personable. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by another physician, and had to switch PCPs when my insurance company changed, so I began to see Dr. Hartley. She insisted that the pain was all in my head and didn't care to do any diagnostic tests or attempt to work with me to find ways to alleviate the pain. She instead insisted that I was "extremely depressed", and that I needed to see a psychiatrist instead of an MD.
