Dr. Lyna Naseri is rude and has zero knowledge of how to deal with or treat young children.

I went to Dr Naseri for an ortho consult after being told Invisalign wouldn’t work for me by another provider. I was so nervous but Dr. Naseri and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Naseri put my mind at ease and listened to my questions and came up with an invisalign treatment plan that would indeed work for me! I am super excited to begin treatment!

It makes me physically sick to think that what was done to me could be done to another person. This place and these people have sucked all the joy out of my life and taken my will to live. If you read this and allow someone you know to go to this place you are a monster. These people have given me chronic pain and deny having anything to do with causing it. I have trouble sleeping as a result of the pain but, when I do sleep I often have nightmares about them. I would trade ten years of my life to be able to go back and never have met these people. I am trying to see if I can get someone else to help me but, I have lost all faith in the medical community as a whole. My hope is that by writing this I can prevent anyone else from suffering like I am. if someone else had done this maybe I wouldn't be in my current situation today. Thank you for listening to me.

I like the place/people, but questionable charges. The first visit included xrays and digital photos. The second visit was 20 days later and they wanted to do the same xrays/photos again. I said that it wasn't necessary since it we were here recently. Was told she didn't like the work of who did it the first time so she wanted to do it again. I was charged for both sets of xrays/photos. When I called to ask for a refund of those charges I was given very confusing answers about why this was business as usual and so no refunds would be given.

My 7 year old daughter saw Lyna Naseri on Monday in Gander. It was the worst dental visit I have ever experienced. All other staff and dentist were great and child friendly except her. I will not be taking my child back to see her in the future. She has definitely chosen the wrong career with paediatrics. I wouldn’t recommend any small child to see her, she doesn’t work well with small children at all. Pure evil.

Our four year old had an appointment for 930 and wouldn’t be able to get there till 945. Called the office to inform them of the delay to which they told me he wouldn’t be done. Dr Naseri apparently is NEVER late and makes no exception for those that are. Called my wife, who was bringing our son to the appointment this, to which she informed me his appointment was confirmed days ago for 945 which would have been on time. When she got to the office they tell her she’s wrong and it was 930 and no flexibility. Horrible way to treat a child cause my son is the one that is starving because he had to fast for this

I have been with her for a year now and recently had surgery with her. She did an amazing job and is just amazing
