Yes he can be hard to understand however he knows his stuff just ask for clarity! He’s not “selling” anything other than his medical knowledge which in the case of my husband has been nothing but exceptional

I have been to see Dr Parappil several times now and never has he been on time it has always been 1 hour or more past the appointment time. I will be looking for another specialist.

I don't want to comment on his capability however I think his manner borders on being disgraceful. I think he was rude, disrespectful and without empathy. This was all within the background of informing us of terminal illness. I would never go back to to him again.
