Before even seeing the Doctor, her wonderful Receptionist Rachel was so incredibly helpful and sympathetic, she went out of her way to get me seen to ASAP due to the severity of my pain that she could hear on the phone. When i arrived, she ensured to get me seen to very quickly. I saw the lovely Dr Abraszko and she also ensured promptness and urgency to help me as much as she could. I am still be looked after and my journey is nowhere near over yet, however in just a couple of visits so far, i feel very safe and comfortable knowing this team will be looking after me. A Workers Comp spinal injury. Long process, due to QBE Insurance.
No complaints. 5/6 & 6/7 fused, prosthetic and bone grafts. I was out of ICU after a day, discharged a day later. Some discomfort, but only due to the procedure. Minimal scarring from the entry front of the throat. All in all, I would highly recommend. Thank you.

I have had 2 spinal surgeries by Dr Renata Abruszko, I have found her a very genuine caring person and explained to me about the procedures about the surgeries. I am completely happy with her as a person and surgeon. I have always been treated with respect by her staff at Campbelltown, Liverpool and Bella Vista.

Dr was brilliant when saw her. But her male receptionist is extremely rude. I understand it can be frustrating when patients reschedule, but given the situation going on with covid and people situations change it can be hard. I have children who get sick a lot, even before covid but because we are in this pandemic I will not take my children out while sick as a precaution. Not to mention those who may have lost jobs and struggle to come up with the money. I’m too nervous to reschedule again because of his attitude, so now I will consider going elsewhere.

Dr Renata Abraszko is a thoroughly professional and exceptionally competent spinal surgeon. After seeing her for a second opinion on recommended spinal surgery I was so impressed I was prepared to travel a couple of thousand kilometres several times to arrange and have her perform my surgery. I thank her daily whenever I bend my back with no pain for her exceptional skill. I have some understanding of those who commented on her office arrangements but I was Ok with that; it was her surgical skill that I wanted and got. I could not give her or her long time first class anaesthetist Dr George (SK) Lim a higher commendation.

I recently had L5 issue which left me paralysed left side dr Abraszko is a genius had me operated on and walking out of the hospital within 24hours I had jot been able to walk in 6 months.. cannot thank you enough!! Definitely highly recommend her and her amazing team!

I am shock from Dr Renata Abraszko and her female secretary. I had an scan that was done a two months ago and now it is lost in her Campbelltown office and nobody knows where's my scan. Secondly, I gave the secretary the pension card and I went back to my seat waiting for her to give it back, I waiting a while until got up and ask her have she finished with my pension card, but she told me she doesn't have it, I freaked out and she eventuality found laying on the floor under her frickin chair.

No message system to advise your closed over the Xmas period, then once booking made, no confirmation received and no advice that your office in Norwest is no longer there. Thanks for wasting my parents time and delay in having my father seen. Many thanks to Norwest Hospital for arranging to see someone who at least keep their details up to date. Will not comment on Dr Abraszko personally though her office needs to improve.
