Visited a few years ago, and while I found him to be knowledgeable he was quite rude to me as a patient. Dr. Quek is a doctor who will treat you effectively but belittle you at the same time, so go to him if you want the job done but not if you want a caring voice. That was my experience anyway, others' may vary.
