Dr. doesn't seem to care about completing elderly patient's dental work even though she paid in advance.

Dr. Guisbert is an excellent dentist; however, getting appointments in a reasonable amount of time is an issue. Also, if you have a dental emergency, his scheduling staff are not accommodating nor do they appear to care.
