x-ray machine is very outdated and told many problems which was not showing in x-ray. I was not confident in their service.will not recommend. Staff is very bad.

Roya told me I had 10 cavities. I believed her because I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade. I took good care of my teeth, but I figured anything could have happened in that period of time. I paid to have 3 of the cavities filled in the first session. Randomly, my mother paid to have me put on an insurance plan to save me some money. Insurance didn't cover Roya, so I went elsewhere. The new place x-rayed my teeth and told me I had 1 cavity. I called Roya's husband and he told me that each dentist determines what counts as a cavity in a different way and there could be a variance from dentist to dentist. I asked 'Is 7-10 cavities a common number to be off by?' He paused for a few seconds and hesitantly said 'Yes.' I tried to get an attorney but they told me that risk vs. reward for a case like that would cause most attorneys to turn it down. The second dentist could have been wrong, but I urge you to consult with a second dentist if Roya's office gives you a high cavity count.
