Dr. Craig Herron is a very good doctor, he listened to his patients, always goes above and beyond. He has the knowledge with his years of experience and truly cares for his patients.

I saw Dr Herron at St. Andrews hospital ED when I had flu influenza really bad. I found him to be professional, polite, bir of a character I would say. He still ran all the right tests and did my bloods. Gave me a drip with some meds to make me feel better. No complaints here but I can understand from some of the other comments. Working a graveyard shift is not easy in a hospital. He would be perfect in a life or death situation I reckon.

My 94 YO mother, suffering chronic leg ulcers, was turned away from St Andrews Hospital at 2am after for waiting several hours to be treated. The treating doctor in emergency, Dr Craig Herron, was nothing short of arrogant and rude, even slapping my mother’s leg in jest (after she had exhibited obvious and substantial pain getting on to the treatment bed).

After being turned away, in disbelief my sister and I then took our mother to the Wesley hospital, where she was admitted to their rehabilitation ward for one month.

We lodged a formal complaint with St Andrews and they apparently did not find any problem with Craig Herron's conduct, however they did refund the $220 my mother paid for the 'treatment'. Seems like once you're a qualified doctor, you're never rendered unemployable again. Any wonder Craig Herron is working graveyard, emergency medicine – unemployable in private practice.

I wouldn't take my pet to see Craig Herron. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Doesn’t practice what he preaches. Mottled skin, diabetes, morbidly obese, and anti women’s medicine.

Sees most medical conditions as psychologically based, such as miscarriage, tubal pregnancies, multiple sclerosis, and tachycardia. “It’s all in the head”.

Pig of a man with no bedside manner or empathy. Has missed major issues with me and been most dismissive. I get the feeling he doesn’t like people very much at all.
