As i have been unable to remove my previous statement. Accusing
Dr Harmelin of being blatantly cruel. I would like to retract the accusation.
Dr Harmelin is a very caring knowledgable & Professional Endocrinologist.
It's wrong to make a comment
without thinking, when suffering personal pain. I would highly recommend Dr Harmelin he is very dedicated and hard working.

My first consult in 2016 i found Dr Harmelin caring & pleasant
Every consult was a long wait. But for a good Endocrinologist i never complained. However after being blocked from visits due to Bushfires then Covid. My physical conditon had deteriorated. Finally a Haematology Clinic at Nowra after test results advised me to consult with Dr Harmelin. After making the physically painfull 45 min trip for a bone density & waiting to see Dr Harmelin. Myself & husband carer were told he would not speak to me & was booked for two years. My husband helped me to our car for a painful & upsetting trip home. That was 1/6/21. Since that day I have been bed ridden with severe ostioporosis, infections, bone pain, weight loss, nose bleeds, night sweats, fatigue, muscle wastage & degenerative symptoms all relative to possible myeloma. I have done everything right & cannot believe the blatent cruelty of a Professional Specialist that could not face his patient with a diagnosis. But instead chose to let me die a long slow painful death.
My Family are enraged & deserve answers & the respect i have been denied. I would have contacted Dr Harmelin with a personal email or phone call but having done so in the past. I have never received a reply. Just because you are over 60 doesn't mean you don't deserve respect.

I think is money hungry. Obviously over books his clients does not leave enough time for each one. Wait over 3 hours to see him for him to be rude and then charges you $200 for it. Absolutely disgusting service.would give 0 if I could.

Second visit to Dr Harmelin and he was again highly professional, compassionate, insightful and meticulous.

I visited Dr Harmelin for the first time this week. I found him to be very caring and willing to listen. Yes, I waited over an hour yesterday but I’m never in too much of a rush these days and I understand he is giving everyone the time they need. I feel very confident to continue my consultations with him.

Absolutely disgusted in how horrible Dr Harmelin is towards transgender as he obviously does not agree and accept people for who they are, was not helpful in any way and was no way nice about it all, would never recommend him in a million years...the young lady at the reception that always looked well presented was absolutely lovely to me and was so helpful more than the Dr definitely doesn’t deserve a beautiful reception to be working under his name!! If I can remember correctly I asked her name and her name was Lisa, so thank you Lisa for the only kindness I was shown in that premises ..

Dr. Harmelin is a fantastic doctor. He is very caring and listens to his patients. However, he has no sense of time and at my last appt. I had to wait 2 hours to see him.

Dan is just amazing ! The care and time out into his patients is outstanding. I am always comfortable to ask questions and he listens without judgement 😊
