Total waste of time. First I spent an hour in the waiting room. The front desk lost my paperwork and acted like it was my fault. I went back and waiting close to another hour for Chun who was obviously in a hurry and not very interested. He told me he couldn't help me and the only person he knew who could was at the Mayo clinic. Didn't explain a thing but told me to live with it. I find out later by seeing another elbow doctor that my problem is actually pretty common. Got my elbow fixed by him, and its fine. Would never go back to see Chun and would not reccomend him or his terrible office staff to anybody.

Can not reccomend. Saw him for a problem with my hand and elbow, and pretty much told me nothing could be done, but didn't explain why and didn't tell me any options other than to "live with it". Spent a total of five minutes in the room, and barely looked at me. also the waiting room was like a cattle round-up. not enough seats, and i talked to several people waiting over an hour for their appointment. totally sloppy practice. would not see anyone at this practice again.

Referred to Dr. Chun for carpal tunnel surgery, and he did a wonderful job. Explained everything prior, surgery was quick, recovery was almost painless.

The waiting room looked like a crowded airport gate. The staff was slow and incompetent. When I finally got to see a doctor, it wasn't even Dr. Chun! I booked an appointment with Chun BECAUSE he is a hand specialist and BECAUSE I researched his qualifiactions. This other doctor basically told me "You have to see a hand specialist"... Well, duh, that's what I though I was doing. Fortunately I got the co-pay back. However, the staff tried to argue that I knew the appointment was with this other doctor.... they really don't know who they are talking to. I would NEVER make an appointment with someone I did not research thoroughly first. It is just a poorly run office and they treat their patients like cattle. I would NEVER recommend seeing anyone at this practice.
