Truly an outstanding GP - Jung is thorough, caring, but most importantly an excellent clinician. She was instrumental many years ago in facilitating prompt diagnosis of my ulcerative colitis, and more recently my son’s developmental dysplasia of the hips. I suspect my son’s DDH in particular might not have been detected for many months - or perhaps even longer - if not for Jung’s diligence. I trust her 100% with my family’s health and feel privileged to be her patient. She’s a real gem; one in a million.

You have looked after us and fit us in at short notice when you know how anxious it can be with young children who are unwell. You spend a lot of time explaining to us and reassuring us about our illnesses (never have we felt rushed although you may be running late), and your compassion and interpersonal skills as a GP are second to none. Dr Jung is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever attended. She always goes the extra mile to assist her patients. Would have no hesitation in recommending her as a great family doctor.

Very busy. Consults are always rushed and solutions usually involve prescription drugs.. more time discussing issues would be desirable, always feel I am wasting her time.

Instead of referring to a specialist, she writes fatal dose prescriptions. I have been rushed to the emergency by an ambulance 2 times because of high dose thyroxine prescribed by her. Instead of listening to the patient, she blabbers. Wastes time (approx 4mins) checking blood pressure (I never had blood pressure problem). She is so distracted, she forgets why the patient is there and sends the patient away without performing or advicing necessary treatment.
