After coming out of Mrs De Wytt' s office 5 mins ago, i can only ask, has fascist medical dictatorship finally arrived on our shores? Or does she perhaps suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder? After questioning in surprise the mandated weigh in and blood pressure check prior to even being allowed into the woman's office, i was promptly marched out of the building, because i dared to question why id need to be weighed when all i want is a referral to a dermatology clinic ( i am 5 foot 3 and size 10 so no reason for them to even look twice at my perfectly normal weight!) But no, one must obey the Queen when in the palace... And if one DARES to say, um, i dont want a weigh in and blood pressure check, thanks, just a referral for a mole, well... As the criminal i am, it is only right that i be unceremoniously ejected from the building because i had the cheek to decline an uncessary procedure! I laughed about it, yes it was kind of amusing in a bewildering sort of way, but i wont go back... Im off to a normal sane doctor, and the kind of sane and normal ' come in, sit down, now what can i help you with' reception that is the usual. procedure when you go to a doctor!
