- my kids expected to sit still on a chair during the appointment and not move
- was told an hour appointment and only got half hour because my kids wouldn’t stop moving
- was still charged for the full hour
- everything I said was dismissed
- told can’t diagnose till after primary school (could have told me over the phone - obviously just want the money)
- not a child friendly place at all!

We had Dr. kristidis as our daughter’s first paediatrician. He was hopeless. Our daughter had rashes and sores all around her mouth, cheeks and chin. Looking back at it, it should have been obvious that it was an allergy to food, but as a new parent with no experience with food related eczema we had no idea. Dr K also had no idea. Only suggested to us to moisturise. Did not even do a skin prick test. Charged us over $300 for a 5 minute consult. We suffered for months before we ended up meeting a stranger at the beach by chance who told us that our LO was suffering from food related allergy and recommended us to see a paediatrician allergist in Castle Hill who actually trained with Dr K as an allergist paediatrician. She instantly recognised the problem and gave our LO the skin prick test. Our LO’s condition cleared quickly thereafter. Don’t see Dr K. For kid’s eczema. Talk to the Sydney Children’s hospital instead. You’ll get better treatment.

Fantastic doctor, very thorough and kind. My son had several conditions that he flagged with us that previously were undetected. Highly recommend!

Staff are terrible. Originally I was told allergy test would be $380, then they called 3 days before appointment to cancel (was waiting 3 months for the appointment) then I had to reschedule for next appointment (which was another 3 months later) I then was told it would cost $360, then the day before appointment I asked to confirm price and they said $320. It ended up to be $320. When I got to the appointment the receptionist asked for my referral from my GP, there was no mention of me being required to bring this, so of course I didnt have it, so because I didn't bring it I was not elegible for medicare rebate. I expected that to pay that sum of money that Dr Kristidis would peform the allergy testing, but No, It was a different doctor- he was the only pleasang thing about thus experience. I finally got to meet Dr Kristidis when he read the results to me. I found Dr Kristidis quite rude and he had an attitude like "I'm better than you", I feel he did not have much knowledge on allergies and gave me generic answers.
