I have been seeing Dr McKellar for more than 20 years. She cares for all our family-and my parents before they died. she is always interested in your health, is kind, caring and does her best to solve your issues . Recommend ( although I think she is not seeing new patients now)

I've been seeing Bernardine for over 45 years now and I cannot fault her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and always ensures things are followed up if necessary. She always asks about the family.

The staff are lovely and always helpful, they have a lot to cope with as it’s a busy practice & it’s a shame because I’ve been going there for at least 20 years & now I have to find another doctor somewhere else as I have a multitude of problems and no understanding from any doctor there, especially bernadine mckellar, she’s awful, especially if you happen to be a bit sensitive. Her “Tough-Love” attitude makes it really difficult when you’re having a hard time and part of the reason I’ve usually visited a doctor for is emotional problems on top of all my physical problems & you just don’t feel like bernadine mckellar cares. Maybe she does a bit at first but depending on the type of problems you have, you can soon feel her losing interest & then she just throws you in the too-hard basket & gives up on you. If I could give her 0 stars I would but there’s no allowance for it🤔👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

She’s the worst GP I’ve ever been to. You walk out of her room totally shattered & she leaves you with a feeling of desperation you’ll never find anywhere else. She’s not at all understanding, she makes you feel like all your problems have been caused by yourself & if I had any say in it at all, she wouldn’t still be in practice!!
