It’s been confirmed that the negative reviews below were written by a jaded former colleague, who had an inferiority complex and was widely known for character assassination. Ironically, that doctor has now lost his medical licence (!!).

Dr Deane left Gunnedah 10 years ago in 2013 (well before any of the below reviews).

Prior to that, he was my family’s GP, and was wonderful in every aspect. At that time, he had delivered more than 2000 babies and had qualifications in anasetics, surgery and obstetrics. He was never one of those money hungry doctors, and always bulk-billed me and my family. We miss him greatly.

It’s such a shame to see the true characters of some individuals shine through (although refreshing that karma caught up with them).

I hope Dr Deane is enjoying his well deserved retirement.
