Fr Olsson saw me through two years of prostrate cancer treatment. His knowledge, advice ,consultation and follow through were great. He always gave me plenty of time and answered all my questions.The procedures he performed although uncomfortable at time were performed correctly and today I am cancer free. Thank you very much Dr Olsson.

He was rude and ignorant he had no feelings for what I felt at all ' gave no consideration to what I wanted to do .

Where to start?! I should have walked out the moment I walked into the Johnston office. The waiting area is old, dirty, and cluttered. The main nurse is terrible. An older lady who is very brusk and doesn't seem to have grasp the 'new' HIPPA laws! While I was in the waiting room I witnessed her do the intact for another patient. She said the computer in the exam room wasn't working so she wanted to use the one in the lobby. So she preceded to ask him his medical history and current issues right there in front of everyone! Couldn't she have use a pad of paper and later inputted to the computer. My interaction wasn't much better as she only pretended to take my BP. The other staff seemed nice. There was another HIPPA issue as I was making a follow up appointment and Dr. Olsson announced to a room full of people what my next appoint was for.

The day of my procedure he took me to a supply closet. It used to be an exam room and there was an exam table but it had also become a storage room for unused equipment and furniture. Also, it was just he and I in the room. Maybe it is typical but I would rather have another set of eyes on his work rather than one guy in a supply closet.

Dr. Olsson was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I'm sure you will get good care. But it won't be a warm, caring, and welcoming experience. And you will have to speak up for yourself, which I did not do. From now on if I see a HIPPA infraction I will call it out and I've I'm uncomfortable in any way I will voice it and get it resolved before continuing on. In hindsight I realized that I do more research for a new set of tires than I did for this doctor. Most of the fault of my experience is my own!

This Dr had a very POOR Attitude! He did not introduce himself or show any real concern for my well being whatsoever! I felt very uncomfortable having him perform a kidney stone procedure on me. He was rude and dismissive of me as a patient right from the start and I don't know why! And on top of Dr Olssen's rude demeanor, the procedure did not work. I am now going thru the entire process again with a NEW UROLOGIST!! My advice would be for anyone reading this and in need of a urologist to GO somewhere Else.

dr. olsson is very down to earth, sweet and easy to communicate with. i'm glad i found him to help me get rid of my kidney stones!!
